For our first interview of MILK season Anna speaks to drag artist Dairy King. They discuss the subversive art of drag, and humanity of clowning. The Dairy King explains the lothario nature of the 'milkman' and how they were drawn to this character, and they ways in which the milkman can be seen.
The hatred of compulsory milk at school and the love of cheese is discussed, and also how the ideas of drag offer ways to look and critique dominant culture, a useful look when approaching big agriculture such as dairy.
